WILDCAT TARTAN SCARVES AND THANK YOU

Hi All

Wow, what a response we got about Finlay. We read every single one of your messages and comments and they fill our heats with such joy. The kittens are also doing well and ranging widely. We will post footage next week when we have been through it all.

Autumn is now well and truly here as the days shorten and the temperatures drop and this is when our winter field work plans start to be implemented, so it is all stations go now.

We also want to just pause and say a massive THANK YOU to you all. Each and every one of you supports us in different ways and gives us strength, which in turn gives the wildcats a voice and a fighting chance to thrive. We know many of you have donated, contributed to crowdfunders, etc. We truly appreciate your help. We are a grass roots, community driven project and funding is always needed and we always try to think of engaging ideas.  

Last year we produced some beautiful wildcat tartan scarves, developed using the colours of the wildcat. They received an extremely positive response, with fantastic feedback. Well, we now have a new batch and just like last year, they are very high quality garments, woven by expert weavers at Ingles Buchan. You may want to wrap up warm and buy one for yourself and of course, they also make very thoughtful gifts. Christmas will soon be here, so if you want to get organised…...

The orders will be fulfilled in the order they come in, so if you want one or more, then don’t hang around. We can also ship them internationally as we have done before.

The scarves as always, generate crucial project funds and we hope that they will also help to raise awareness of the magnificent Scottish wildcat and our project.
