EVE UPDATE 😻

Hi All

As promised here is a quick update on the beautiful Eve. In the past few weeks, we have literally been seeing her on all the cameras. Normally we get the odd glimpse, but now she is everywhere. The exact same thing happened last year and we all saw the reason why. Two wonderful kittens, which gave us all such joy. Look at the times on the videos, they are all within a short time frame and the cameras are a fair distance apart. The same pattern is happening again and she is in full hunting mode. We are certain that she has other tiny mouths to feed.

It is important to note that we have absolutely no idea where she dens and we have never tried to find out. That is her safe place, her sanctuary, and like all wildcats, she should be left to raise her young in peace. She will bring the kittens out when she is good and ready. Until then we wait with baited breath for that first magical glimpse of a ‘Humbug’ kitten. It is so exciting and we will let you know as soon as we detect anything on the cameras.
