THREE KITTENS- SUCH A JOYOUS SCENE😻😻😻

Hi All

It is with great delight that we are showing you the latest video of the kittens. It was obtained at night just 5 days ago. We had a previous fleeting glimpse of just 2 kittens but the latest clip shows 3 and they certainly show promising signs of being ‘Humbugs’. And although they are too young to be able to properly be assessed, the tails all look thick, blunt and black tipped.

It is a wonderful forest scene with Eve sat with her beautiful family tight around her. A brief moment of serenity before they bounce off in all directions. Both mother and kittens look so healthy, vigorous and full of energy. It is just absolutely joyous.

Interestingly, unlike last year, we have not obtained any images from log cam. This strongly suggests that Eve has denned in another place. This just shows how much these animals require rich, diverse habitat and also just how hard it is to predict and monitor them. We have learned to expect the unexpected from them and we are learning all the time.

This is a moment just to watch these magnificent animals enjoying life, wild and free in their forest home. It certainly makes our hearts sing and we hope you feel the same.
