PROTECTED SITE UPDATE

Please find below the response from NatureScot (Formerly SNH) to our notification for them to designate the Clashindarroch Forest a SSSI. They have refused to designate but their response is incredibly weak and is manifestly flawed in facts and law. We have therefore responded highlighting the severe deficiencies in their response. We are more optimistic than ever that they will be forced to designate as their refusal is simply not credible ort tenable.
